The Fountain of Wealth – Guinness world's largest fountain in 1998

3 Temasek Boulevard
Suntec City,
Singapore 038985
The stunning beauty of Fountain of Wealth.
Balong and I have so many beautiful memories in Singapore, thanks to our BFF Lemwuel and Llowel because they served as our tour guide wherever we go. Our 7-day tour was an awesome experience for the weather was way too favorable; it was humid yet tolerable. A week vacation may not be much but it’s fair enough to explore most of the Singapore's trademarks that we planned to visit with.
One of the displays in front of Suntec City Mall.
BFF Lemwuel was our tour guide on our way to the "Fountain of Wealth'. Our purpose supposed to be was to go to Singapore Flyer directly but since The ‘Fountain of Wealth’ is just around the area then we asked BFF to pass-by the renowned attraction. It is considered as the largest fountain in the world as listed by the Guinness Book of Record in ‘1998’.
Balong at Hippo Tour Bus Terminal just near the Fountain of Wealth.
The fountain is located in the centre of Suntec City just a few walks from Esplanade MRT stop (Circle Line). We were laughing locating the spot because at some point BFF forgot the way to this attraction (ahahaha!). We did a lot of u-turns before we reached the area; if I am not mistaken we already wandered each corner of Suntec City (ahahaha!).
Japanese Koi Garden
Right after 'wandering' at last we found our way out. Before we headed to the fountain, we stop-by to this beautiful pool of Japanese Koi. We stayed for a while and took some pictures. Japanese Koi is one of the fish breed that I love the most. They are so friendly and they are not afraid if you will feed them through their mouth. They are so voracious though (ahahaha). If you wanted to feed them then you can buy a cup of feeds for SGD 5.
This pool is located underground of Suntec City Mall.
The moment we've been waiting for, at long last we've seen 'The Fountain of Wealth'. I understand why it is hard to find because the fountain was built 2 to 3 storey underground. If you are new to the area, better asked someone where is this attraction; you may stumble to it but still you don't know that it's already what you're looking for (ahahaha!). The only visible at the ground level is the circular ring top of the fountain.

The vicinity is surrounded by fancy restaurants and food courts. If you like to have full views of the area then try having your lunch or dinner around the fountain terrace at the first floor. Many would say that the fountain is not that spectacular yet there is something unique about this place aside from it was built underground. Pretty sure when it was proclaimed as the largest fountain in 1998, it was the most impressive one.
The buildings that represents the four fingers.
The fountain was built according to Feng Shui principles. What is more interesting, the buildings that surrounded the fountain was built to form as a finger, and the fountain is considered as the palm (really awesome!). The perfect ring in the center was designed based on the Hindu Mandala meaning universe and is symbolic representation of the oneness in spirit, unity and harmony of all races and religions in Singaporean culture. It was supported by 4 large slanted columns. The inward flowing water of the fountain symbolizes wealth and good luck. When the fountain is turned off, visitors are invited to walk around a bubble jet located at the centre which is open to the public. To receive good luck, put one hand into the water at all times, walk around three times in a clockwise direction while thinking about your secret wish.
I was in a hurry to touch the fountain ahahaha....
Try to visit the place at night as well, they have a multimedia extravaganza of laser light and sound that combines music, water and light presentation, be there at 8:00 PM, 8:30 PM and 9:00 PM to witness the showcase.
Finding our good luck in the center fountain.
Did we feel luckier by visiting the Fountain of Wealth? Maybe not right away but we strongly believe that it will come true soon. :)
Instructions to follow... 'Good luck!'
Good luck to all of us. Have a positive vibes as always. Just a reminder, once your wish is granted, don't forget to come back and give thanks. As for me, Balong and BFF, thank you for the memories… :)

That's it for now…
